Kids need an outlet

In many schools the traditional recess period has change. Recess was used to give kids a break and an outlet to express themselves with their peers. Now a lot of this time is being spent on catching students up, checking numerous emails, and day-to-day school activities. Where do our kids have a moment to themselves, to express and grow. Children are so fragile in that their young minds kick out the things that it doesn't like and keep the things that it does. The problem lies in the fact that a lot of the things that they don't like are the things that they need. It is vital that our village continue to be the village. We must provide multiple, positive, and engaging outlets for our children to grow efficiently. Lastly, we must continue to watch and guide them. If we don't watch, how would we know where to hone in through our guidance. God Bless!
